Approximately 175 public and private sector dentists, suppliers, dealers and A-dec staff attended the A-dec cocktail party held at the Rydges Hotel in Brisbane in conjunction with the 36th Australian Dental Congress (ADC15) in March.
The A-dec event has evolved into the popular sidelight of the Dental Congress and Exhibition and this year's event, held on the 12th floor Penthouse level function room at Rydges, was no exception.
Guests were treated to a relaxing convivial atmosphere while enjoying refreshments and taking in the spectacular views of the "River City" CBD from the Southbank vantage point.
A-dec Marketing Manager, Simon Taggart, said the A-dec cocktail function had become a gathering point for A-dec's many customers, suppliers and partners from around Australia and internationally.
"The A-dec party is a great networking event and opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day of Congress sessions and attending the trade show exhibition, which is also a well supported part of ADC.
"The mood at this year's function was very upbeat and the attendance suggests a vibrant and healthy dental industry. It is our way of saying 'thank you' to our many customers and industry partners including our nationwide dealer network and their customers and of course our key suppliers, Acteon and W&H," Mr Taggart said.
